this year nicki, eric, and i had a hallow's eve soiree, complete with pumpkin soups bowls, readings from tales of edgar allan poe, and a fierce game of werewolf.

i also made this banana bread (with a few tweaks of my own) and these cuppy cakes:

it was fun and festive and spooktacular. j'adore baking and decorating and celebrating and sending people home with food. happy halloween!!
